SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We proudly ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do offer international shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Our standard shipping times vary based on location and product availability:
- Standard Shipping (Ground) – 5 to 10 business days
- Expedited Shipping – 2 to 5 business days
- Express Shipping – 1 to 3 business days
- Freight Shipping (for oversized items such as ATVs, UTVs, and other large equipment) – 7 to 14 business days
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Below are the general shipping cost guidelines:
- Standard Shipping – Calculated at checkout
- Expedited & Express Shipping – Additional fees apply
- Freight Shipping – Costs depend on weight, dimensions, and delivery location; calculated at checkout

FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION
For oversized items such as ATVs, UTVs, and heavy equipment, we utilize freight shipping services. Freight shipping requires additional processing time and may involve curbside delivery. Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments unless specified otherwise.
Freight Shipping Guidelines:
- Customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- Additional charges may apply for inside delivery or special handling requests.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly through our website.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please follow these steps:
- Damaged Item: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
- Lost or Stolen Item: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier and our customer service team for assistance.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, shipping within the US is free at the moment. International shipping is available.
