ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items purchased on clearance, final sale, or customized orders are not eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item – Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to our error.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, follow the return process and specify whether you would like a replacement or a different item of equal value.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

CANCELLATIONS
