CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
At FOUR SEASONS POWERSPORTS, we strive to provide the best customer experience by ensuring clear policies on order cancellations and exchanges. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free process.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before shipping, a 10% processing fee may apply.
- Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return (subject to our Refund & Returns Policy).
2. CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return once the item is received, following our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for orders that have already been shipped.
3. SPECIAL ORDER & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
- Special orders and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- If a special order is canceled before production, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
2. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Special orders, custom-built vehicles, or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.
- Shipping the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Replacement Shipment – Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
