LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

At FOUR SEASONS POWERSPORTS, we stand behind the quality and performance of our automobiles, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and other vehicles. Our warranty policy ensures that customers receive the best possible service and support for their purchases.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period varies depending on the type of vehicle purchased. Below are the general coverage details:

  • New ATVs, UTVs, and Motorcycles: 12 months or 5,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • Used Vehicles: 6 months or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • Parts & Accessories: 90-day warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated)
  • Battery & Electrical Components: 6-month limited warranty

WHAT IS COVERED?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Covered repairs and replacements include:

  • Engine components
  • Transmission and drivetrain
  • Electrical system (excluding consumables like bulbs and fuses)
  • Frame and suspension
  • Fuel system
  • Cooling system
  • Manufacturer-installed parts

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

The following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, belts, chains, filters, etc.)
  • Damage due to improper use, accidents, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or aftermarket parts
  • Routine maintenance services (oil changes, tune-ups, inspections, etc.)
  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as rust, corrosion, or weather conditions
  • Commercial use, racing, or competition-related damage

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original sales receipt and vehicle details.

WARRANTY SERVICE LOCATIONS

Warranty repairs must be performed at FOUR SEASONS POWERSPORTS or an authorized service center. Unauthorized repairs may void your warranty.

EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS

Customers may purchase an Extended Warranty Plan for additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. Extended plans include:

  • Gold Package: Additional 24 months of coverage
  • Platinum Package: Additional 36 months of coverage with enhanced protection

TRANSFERABILITY

Original warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the first registered owner.
